Fashion-focused mobile marketing platform Fashioholic has completed a $1 million Seed funding round. Investment in the New York-and Tel Aviv-based startup came from undisclosed private investors. The company creates fashion-centric social mobile games (which it calls ‘serious games’) that include a built-in marketing and commerce component for designers and brands to engage with players. It was founded in 2010 by Ohad Greenshpan and Amit Manna. This appears to be its first round of outside funding.
